Dion is a smooth and balanced house blend designed for clarity, sweetness, and flavour. Crafted from beans sourced in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea, this blend delivers a cup that is lively, yet refined. While it works beautifully for espresso, it also shines in filter brewing.

Because we focus on harmony in every cup, each origin contributes something unique. Colombian beans provide body and chocolate notes. Ethiopian beans add bright fruit and floral characteristics. Papua New Guinea adds subtle spice and depth. Together, they create a cup that is complex but approachable.

Flavour Profile

Expect tropical fruit, sweet berries, and creamy milk chocolate notes. These flavours are well-balanced, giving the coffee a gentle acidity that keeps the cup lively without overpowering the palate. As a result, every sip feels smooth, rich, and satisfying.

Brewing Recommendations

Dion is versatile across brewing methods.

Espresso: Use 23 g of coffee in, and aim for 42 g out in 28–32 seconds.
Filter: Use 24 g of coffee with 400 ml of water, brewed in about 2 ½ minutes.

Because this blend releases flavour easily, small adjustments in grind or ratio can highlight different notes. For a slightly sweeter, fruit-forward cup, try a slightly tighter ratio. If the cup tastes thin, grind finer.
