Giorgios was drawn to the intoxicating aroma that drifted through the neighbourhood cafés.
From a young age, he knew his future would somehow be connected to coffee.
However, life first took him down a different path.
Giorgios pursued a career in engineering, specialising in quality and precision.
Even so, the dream of working with coffee never faded.
Eventually, that dream became reality.
Combining his engineering mindset with his passion for great coffee, Giorgios founded Take Five Coffee.
Inspired by the belief that everyone deserves to take five minutes for a moment of luxury, Giorgios now pours his heart and soul into every coffee we roast.
